Bipolar Hong Kong extends its heartfelt condolences to all affected by the tragic fire in Tai Po. Our hearts ache for all those who lost loved ones. We are eternally grateful to our brave firefighters and emergency services. The response from Hongkongers has been nothing short of extraordinary, as we have all rushed to donate blood, money, provisions and support. Despite all the solidarity, the feelings of sadness and helplessness hit in waves and can be overwhelming. If you’re struggling with your mental health, please reach out! Our next monthly support group is this coming Monday (Dec 1) at Starbucks in Prosperity Tower, Queens Road Central, and we intend to hold at least one extra in-person group before the festive holiday. We also offer 121 support online to anyone who needs it. Whatever you are feeling, know you’re not alone. Our friends at Mind HK and the Red Cross have also set up 24 hour hotlines. Bipolar Hong Kong and Mental Ideas are doing all we can to support our communities and assist NGOs to provide support. We send our deepest condolences to everyone who has been impacted by this tragic event. 🙏🏼 🇭🇰
