Bipolarity is a mental illness which if left untreated can cause huge negative implications on our relationships, career, and overall quality of life. #2. Vitamins: Vitamins also play a crucial role in maintaining a healthy body and brain. ► Maintain vitamin D levels to keep depression at bay.
